Privacy:
When you place your order, I will receive your name, ship to address and e-mail address. This information will be used to process and ship your items or to answer any questions you may have about your order. Your payment information including your credit card number will only be seen and used by the payment processor when paying for your order. In this case, the payment processor is PayPal where you can use your credit card, debit card or your PayPal account directly if you choose. Your data will be protected by your credit card and PayPal's privacy policy.
I will never pass on any of your information to a third party for marketing purposes or for any other reason. I will use your e-mail address to let you know about special offers or coupons in my shop ONLY if you request to be put on my mailing list.
Returns:
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
Items must be returned in original, unused condition at the expense of the customer within 30 days of receipt. If the return is being made due to an error on my part, return shipping will be paid by me. Once I have received the item back, I will issue a full item refund less the original shipping paid. Customer is responsible for any loss in value from being used or damaged and restocking fees may apply.
Shop Policy
Please be aware that any VAT taxes, consumption taxes, duties or any other fees are the responsibility of the customer. I do not charge or collect VAT tax or any other taxes that may be imposed on you by your country, state or province.
I regret that I can no longer ship items to APO address'. At this time, I only ship to Canada and the United States. APO address' often have destinations overseas and take much longer to arrive than I state in my policies. Sometimes they don't arrive at all. Any APO addressed orders will be cancelled and refunded in full.
I reserve the right to upgrade shipping at my expense in certain cases.
*All item prices are shown in USD as most of my sea glass, jewelry supplies as well as website fees are paid for in USD.* A discount will automatically be applied during checkout for Canadian customers to help offset the exchange rate.
